ZEST helped me to overcome communication barriers in the theory components by explaining questions to me using clear and concise language. At the beginning of the program the trainer Nam sat me down in a 1 on 1 session to ask me about my disability and what challenges I face and need training with. This was very helpful in aiding me to complete the course and has led to Nam being able to very much help me to complete tasks that would have been very difficult if I didn’t have this support. The training that they provide at ZEST is done in a fun and lighthearted way which makes it a lot more engaging for me. If I hadn’t enrolled in this course with ZEST I may not have completed my senior certificate because I was facing great difficulty getting the QCE points I required to finish my senior schooling.
