Zest provides and maintains training services that reflect fair and reasonable opportunity for all clients, regardless of their diversity; allowing everyone to freely participate in the learning environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying and vilification. We do this by recruiting students in an ethical and responsible manner, ensuring they have access to fair and equitable process for grievances, offering a right of appeal against decisions that may affect them and by providing flexible payment plans to students in financial hardship.

At Zest Institute we strive everyday to innovate on the four categories in vocational training and education: closer engagement in work-based learning; new technology facilitating learning; networks, centres of excellence and resource banks; and networks in professional practice.

We create a learning environment that is conducive to the learning of the students and continually monitor and assess the performance and progress of the students for greater learning outcomes that matches their career goals.

We are happy to help you!

Our online Learning Management System is designed for ease of use. New students will be tested in basic computer skills and training is provided if necessary. The Zest Institute Online Support Team is also available to assist students, offering  phone and online support.

Students will need a computer with internet access and the ability to access Adobe PDF files (free reader available at www.adobe.com) and Microsoft Office Word and Excel files. Microsoft Office 2007 or later is recommended; earlier versions will work, but possibly with reduced functionality. From time to time students may be required to view video files online via YouTube; if students have problems with bandwidth (such as videos playing poorly or taking a very long time to load online).

Our trainers are set apart from others in that they provide the fastest response possible to questions and marking your assessments….usually within 24 hours!
