We do this by recruiting students in an ethical and responsible manner, ensuring they have access to fair and equitable process for grievances, offering a right of appeal against decisions that may affect them and by providing flexible payment plans to students in financial hardship.

Our online Learning Management System is designed for ease of use. New students will be tested in basic computer skills and training is provided if necessary. The Zest Institute Online Support Team is also available to assist students, offering  phone and online support.

Students will need a computer with internet access and the ability to access Adobe PDF files (free reader available at www.adobe.com) and Microsoft Office Word and Excel files. Microsoft Office 2007 or later is recommended; earlier versions will work, but possibly with reduced functionality. From time to time students may be required to view video files online via YouTube; if students have problems with bandwidth (such as videos playing poorly or taking a very long time to load online).

Our trainers are set apart from others in that they provide the fastest response possible to questions and marking your assessments….usually within 24 hours!

Zest Institute Online courses are designed to completed online within a set timeframe. However, we also offer personalised one-on-one phone and online support.

Yes. Zest Institute Online courses are nationally-recognised courses. We are an RTO (Registered Training Organisation) ID Number 41396 in accordance with the provisions of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulations Act 2011.

Yes. Course fees are designed to be paid in installments as per Australian Skills Quality Authority requirements. Please refer to Student Handbook for course fees and refund policy.

Alternative payment arrangements may be made in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
